What is DopeHub?

DopeHub is an independent UK medical cannabis information community for adults aged 18 and over. It brings together plain-English information, strain and UK product records, and lived experience shared by the community.

What will I be able to explore?

DopeHub is being built around strain information, community discussions, detailed experiences, guides and quizzes. Information and personal experiences are not medical advice, and DopeHub does not sell cannabis.

How do invitations and launch updates work?

Request a beta invitation to join the waiting list and help shape DopeHub. Invitations go out in waves when access is ready. Launch updates are a separate, optional choice. Confirm your preferences by email; you can unsubscribe at any time. DopeHub is scheduled to open on 19 November 2026.

Who we are

DopeHub.net, based in the United Kingdom. Contact us at contact@dopehub.net.

What we collect

Visitor statistics: we count page visits without cookies. We record the page, the website you came from, and your screen size group (mobile, tablet or desktop). To count unique visitors, we use a scrambled code made from your IP address and browser that changes every day and is never stored. We never store your IP address. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, we don't count you at all.

We don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Why and on what basis

We use your details for the preferences you confirm: occasional newsletters and launch news, beta access messages, or reviewing and replying to your team application. Requesting beta access does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where it's kept and who sees it

On our own server in the UK. Automated emails are sent through Oracle Email Delivery; human correspondence uses our email host. We don't sell your data or share it with marketing companies.

How long we keep it

Your email until you withdraw the relevant preferences or ask us to delete it. Newsletters have an unsubscribe link; beta messages have a separate cancellation link. Older unsubscribe links still remove the original combined signup. Applications for up to 12 months, unless you join the team.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@dopehub.net. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Stop these emails?

This link stops the messages it relates to. A newsletter unsubscribe keeps your beta request; a beta cancellation keeps your newsletter preference. Older combined-signup links remove both. You can also contact us to delete your details.
